F. Rothman Enterprise has specialized in refrigerated and frozen foods for over 50 years. We offer a full range of products achieved by networking with 4 brokers resulting in relationships with over 300 providers.

   Our primary products are used as table cheeses for the pizza industry, as well as other toppings, such as mushrooms and condiments for sandwiches and the delicatessen trade. Although our emphasis is on Italian food, our customers also consider us for many of the products they use in food preparation.

   As a food broker, our primary responsibility to our customers is to assure accurate and timely delivery of products they order through us, that are ultimately necessary for the profitable operation of their business.

   To achieve this goal, we courteously staff our phones, and use custom designed software to facilitate prompt and accurate communications between our customers and vendors of the products they need. Our eMail and Fax communications to our customers often include special promotions related to the type products they use, and we work with customers and vendors to develop custom marketing programs for products they resell.

   In conjunction with our primary responsibility of the accurate fulfilling of orders, we also facilitate product samples, private labels and credit terms between our customers and vendors. You will find us participating in related regional food shows.
